Anu Gopalakrishnan


AnuGopalakrishnan is Senior Product Manager of Connected Audio Services at Sirius XM Radio Inc. Formerly she held the position as Global Product Manager for Ford Credit with experience in the Connected Car product marketing space with Ford Motor Company. Anu has closely been involved with brand development and optimization, new customer acquisition, stakeholder partnerships, multi-media marketing, ad agency collaborations and planning/organizing global trade shows including CES, CTIA and LA Auto Show. Anu has a strong Global Product Marketing background with over 15 years of experience in digital marketing and strategy. Her passion involves mobile design strategy, e-commerce development involving subscription models and digital content distribution for global markets. AnuGopalakrishnan is an alumnus, rank holder and an honors graduate student from University of Madras, India and Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti in the field of Mass Communications - Journalism and Advertising.

AnuGopalakrishnan launched her Michigan-based radio show Rockin' Raaga in 2005 (WCXI 1160 AM- Saturday 1:00-3:00p.m.) offering for the first time in North America, a regional contemporary music and chat show in seven Indian languages. Apart from emceeing star events in Michigan, Anu leads the marketing for miindia.com , thus establishing it as the only leading ethnic community portal in the United States for web traffic and loyalty. Owing to her journalism degree, Anu has the record number of interviews with International celebrities published on miindia.com.

Anu is also the President-Elect of Mai Family Services- the only South Asian organization helping individuals and families in crisis and has been an integral voice of the community for various fundraisers benefiting charity homes in Michigan and in India through the Miindia Foundation.
